Sourcing & Sampling
Once the product design is approved, we source high-quality fabrics and accessories from certified local and international suppliers.
We provide pre-production samples for buyer evaluation before moving into bulk production.
Step #3
Order Confirmation & Production Planning
After the sample approval and order confirmation, our team creates a detailed Time & Action Plan (TNA) to ensure all steps — from fabric arrival to final inspection — stay on schedule.
We coordinate closely with our partner factories to maintain seamless workflow and timeline control.
Step #4
Quality Control & Inspection
Quality is monitored at every stage of production.
Our dedicated QC team performs inline, pre-final, and final inspections based on ISO 2859-1 / AQL 2.5 & 4.0 standards to ensure each garment meets buyer specifications before shipment.

Packing & Documentation
After passing the final inspection, garments are packed as per buyer’s instructions. Our documentation team prepares all export and customs paperwork in compliance with international trade regulations.

Shipment & Delivery
We coordinate with trusted freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery via sea or air freight under FOB or FOC terms. Tracking information and shipping updates are shared promptly with the buyer.

Quality Control System

For the inspection conducted using a statistical sampling plan based on standard ISO 2859-1 / DIN 40080 with AQL-2.5 II & AQL - 4.0 I Every precaution is taken to produce a quality product, which acquire Buyer's satisfaction.

By delivering the right goods at the right time BLUE SKY STYLE LTD. seeks a lasting relationship with all its clients. We have a very effective and sound quality control system in all sectors of Knit AND Woven. Our Vigilant supervision and online monitoring determine the garment quality during production. We also conduct the inline and final inspection.
To support the buyer, we have 10 persons QC for inline, pre-final & final inspection; we also have a technical division for technical support. We also have testing facilities to maintain the colorfastness, yarn count, actual weight, shrinkage, and other key properties of the fabrics. We also provide ECO 100 standard materials, fabrics, and accessories.
